Three years ago, when Spencer was 11, he and Jason set out to hike from Cedar Breaks to our house. I dropped them off at the Cedar Breaks Trailhead.
They created a memory game with different types of leaves.
After spending the night in the canyon, they showed up the next day, having walked the whole way home. About 18 miles or so. I passed him in the car a few blocks from home and he refused a ride back because he wanted to walk every step of the way to our door step.
Impressive. And you-- so many posts in one day! Truly impressive.
